OASAS Certified Outpatient Service Enhancing Clinical Documentation in Addiction Treatment
This training helps clinicians strengthen documentation practices, including using SOAP notes, applying the Golden Thread, and writing clear, clinically meaningful notes. We review examples of strong and weak documentation, discuss supervision strategies, and show how documentation supports quality care and billing. All program staff should watch, but it is especially relevant for clinicians and supervisors responsible for writing or reviewing clinical notes.
