As clinicians, many of us have been directed to "engage families" in the prevention, treatment, and recovery process, but few of us are ever effectively taught just how to do this. This presentation presents on why it is important to engage families, how to approach this process, and clinical care recommendations for clients, significant others, and those at risk.
