This presentation will identify the general responsibilities of those individuals required to respond to initial reports of reportable incidents. It will prepare supervisors and site managers to properly manage initial tasks at the scene of an incident, to effectively assess incident scenes and gather initial information, understand how to preserve and document readily available evidence, and when cleared to do so by law enforcement, properly collect and secure demonstrative and physical evidence connected to the incident.
