Certified/funded prevention programs are permitted to provide telepractice services (telephonically and/or audiovisually) if a school district or building closes in relation to the COVID-19 emergency.
Guidance outlining an update to the telepractice service waiver to include peer services provided by a Certified Recovery Peer Advocates during the COVID-19 emergency.
Patients may now be initiated on buprenorphine through the use of telepractice in accordance with DEA guidance that is in effect during the state of emergency.
