Local Services Plans Dashboard

New York State Mental Hygiene Law (§ 41.16) directs OASAS, the Office of Mental Health (OMH), and the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) to guide and facilitate the Local Services Planning process in collaboration with Local Governmental Units (LGUs).

Consistent with Mental Hygiene Law, LGUs establish long range goals and objectives and conduct needs assessments as part of the Local Services Plans. The dashboard below summarized the Goals and Objectives each LGU submitted for 2024-2027 as well as their 2024 Needs Assessment. To view complete plans, please visit https://oasas.ny.gov/local-services-plans.
