Proposed Changes to Rules for Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Programs
Proposed amendments to Part 822 General Services Standards for Substance Use Disorder Outpatient Programs were published in the November 12, 2025 issue of the State Register. The proposed rulemaking also includes a repeal of Part 823 and minor additions to Incorporation by Reference in Part 800.
