Pilot Program

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you are a part of the Adolescent Endorsement Pilot Program. The program includes a 6-8-month learning collaborative where providers will have access to technical assistance from OASAS, provide feedback on the endorsement standards, and learn from fellow pilot sites.

Providers that are engaged in this program will be required to provide monthly data reporting on specific areas. At least one virtual or in-person site visit will be conducted for every program participating in the pilot to further identify individual program needs and strengths. From that site visit, a workplan will be established to highlight areas of improvement and identify action items.

These visits will also provide feedback to NYS OASAS on the efficacy of the Self-Assessment Tool, the attainability of the endorsement, and will inform us of any changes that may need to be made to the process. It is mandatory for all pilot participants to engage in all of the above outlined activities.
