Prevention 2019-2020 Annual Report Guidelines

Updated guidance and resources for prevention providers as they complete annual reports for the 2019-2020 reporting period.

In response to the interruption in the delivery of prevention services as a result of the NY PAUSE and the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2019-2020 annual report will include outcome findings of programming completed July 1, 2019 - Feb 29, 2020. The due date is September 30, 2020.

Once complete, return to the Division of Prevention and Problem Gambling Services at [email protected].  Copies of your report should also be emailed to your OASAS Regional Office (RO) Program Manager, as well as to your designated Local Government Unit (LGU) representative.
