Withdrawal and Stabilization Services provide immediate care for those individuals who are acutely intoxicated or incapacitated by their use of alcohol or other substances. The primary goal of these services is to manage the medical and psychological complications of withdrawal. Once stabilized individuals are assessed and referred to further appropriate treatment.
