OASAS is accepting applications for the Community Prevention and Intervention Project (CPIP) toward developing localized, coordinated, culturally responsive, and comprehensive prevention services to reduce behavioral health disparities such as access to prevention in specific geographic areas in our state that are currently underserved. OASAS intends to award up to $300,000 per year until September 30, 2025 for a total of up to twelve awards.
An OASAS-funded prevention provider or a non-profit community agency that demonstrates experience and/or knowledge of implementing evidence-based substance use and misuse prevention services based on the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) can serve as the lead Prevention agency for the network. One award will be made in each of the twelve regions outlined in the Scope of Services section of the full RFA.
