Comprehensive Integrated Treatment Programs

Up to $3.5 million in one-time funding is available to develop Comprehensive Integrated Outpatient Treatment Programs that increase access to medication to treat individuals with an Opioid Use Disorder & provide comprehensive treatment within one setting.

The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) is requesting applications for one-time funding to develop Comprehensive Integrated Outpatient Treatment Programs. This is intended to increase access to medication to treat individuals with an Opioid Use Disorder and increase access to comprehensive treatment for all individuals with a substance use disorder, within one setting.  This opportunity is made available through the Federal Substance Abuse Prevention & Treatment Block Grant Supplemental award (SAPT SUPP1) authorized by the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriation Act, 2021 [P.L. 116-260].   OASAS intends to award up to $3.5 million dollars to fifteen providers to develop integrated Outpatient Treatment programs throughout New York State with an emphasis on communities with gaps in treatment. 
 

Eligible applicants
  • Voluntary agencies
  • County operated LGU’s or other not-for-profit organizations that either currently operate OASAS-certified Part 822 Opioid Treatment Programs or/and OASAS- certified 822 Outpatient Programs.

All awarded programs must currently have co-existing Part 822 Opioid Treatment Program and 822 Outpatient programs or intend to apply for co-located services.
