Overview

Through Opioid Settlement Funds, the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), is seeking applications for the delivery of outreach and engagement services following the clinic model.

$3,200,000 is currently available to support Outreach and Engagement Services - Clinic Model through a maximum of 8 awards; each award may be up to $400,000 in Year 1 with renewals based on state appropriations.  

OASAS seeks to award one applicant in each of the catchment areas defined here:   

  • Chautauqua and Cattaraugus Counties 
  • Allegany and Steuben Counties 
  • Southern Delaware and Ulster Counties 
  • Otsego and Northern Delaware Counties 
  • St. Lawrence County 
  • Franklin and Clinton Counties 
  • Hamilton, Herkimer and Lewis Counties
  • Essex and Warren Counties  

 

Eligible applicants are voluntary agencies or local governmental units that: 

  • Operate an Article 32 OASAS-certified 822 Outpatient Program.  
  • Operate an Integrated Outpatient Services program, under either OASAS or OMH certification 
  • Certified Behavioral Health Clinics recognized by New York State or providers that have received a CCBHC expansion grant through SAMHSA
