Overview
The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (NYS OASAS) is seeking proposals from qualified Bidders to establish and operate a statewide technical assistance and support resource for addiction service providers. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify an organization with demonstrated expertise in education, technical assistance, provider engagement, and an understanding of the full continuum of addiction services in New York State.
Funding Available
NYS OASAS seeks to award a single bidder to perform the identified scope of work.
All provisions of this RFP and the resulting contract award are contingent upon the availability of New York State funds, and approval of the Attorney General, Office of the State Comptroller and Division of the Budget (State Budget).
Eligible Bidders
An eligible bidder must be a not-for-profit organization.
