I couldn't walk to my mailbox, but as I kept getting sober and stayed sober one day at a time, I just kept doing something for my health. You know, you start going to doctor's appointments and you start eating healthier, start taking care of yourself. I started walking. Eventually, I started jogging. After about a year and a half, I think, I jogged my first 5K in 2018.
