2026 Annual Synar Report

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) requires states to engage in compliance monitoring related to the sale of tobacco to underage individuals as a condition for receiving Substance Abuse Block Grant funds. States are required to submit a Synar report on these activities annually.
