We manage training and education for New York State’s addiction workforce. This includes everyone who provides treatment, prevention, harm reduction and recovery services. Trainings cover the basic courses needed for OASAS credentials, renewal credits for those already certified, such as CASAC, CPP and CPS, and training for those who teach these courses. Some trainings fulfill Social Work and Mental Health Counselor Continuing Education Units, while others are approved for joint accreditation by the Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) for healthcare teams.
