How to Access

To use the Credentialing Portal, you need a my.ny.gov ID that is valid. If you don’t have one, follow the steps below. It’s best to use a personal ID so you don’t lose access if your employment changes.

Create a New Account

  • Select "Register" to make a new my.ny.gov ID.
  • If you have applied to OASAS before, log in, choose “Existing applicant," and connect your account with your Social Security number.

Use an Already Existing my.ny.gov ID

  • If you have an ID for other services like DMV, taxes, or civil service, you can use that to log in.
Getting Your Login Details

If you had an account before but forgot your password, click "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password."

Important: my.ny.gov IDs are not managed by OASAS. We cannot help you create or fix your account.
